Nothing exciting to report on the training side of things for IMTX. I have been nursing the hip/lower back issue now for a while and with the help of the PT I seem to be making some headway.
My bike rides on the trainer have been good so far and I am looking forward to riding today. I will let you know how that ride goes in my next update.
Since this is a short update I can ramble. Isn't that a beautiful car? If it had a top and some side windows or what they curtains, I could drive that beauty every day....
Life is too short not to enjoy something right?
