What happened

Not long before my wake up call
Not sure but it seems like one day I woke up and I was 250lbs over weight. I know that might sound ridiculous, but I cannot recall how it happened.

Before someone answers that for me, I know what I once loved and ate on a daily basis.

Big breakfast with a coke from the Golden Arches while I drove to work. I took pride in the fact that I could even cut my pancakes on my center console while driving!

#2 combo, large size with a coke from a freckled face chain by my work. I ate everyday standing at my work station trying to finish my food before the phone ran again.

And finally for dinner, the Coup de grace, a blue box of Mac and cheese, two slices of buttered bread....and maybe a couple of hotdogs with chili....or chicken strips....


Yes, I think I covered the average daily meals, minus the snickers, chips, and cokes throughout the day.

To say I was out of control would be an understatement. Something had to change
