My Saturday weigh-in seems to be stuck in a rut you might say. One pound a week, but I guess that is better than the scale moving the opposite direction.
I had a decent week of exercising I felt.
My run total for the week was 30.8 miles. My four week total is now 111.3
No cycling this week, but I did stick with my plan of accomplishing strength training. Well actually I only got in two workouts, but I felt good.
The funny thing about strength training, as in lifting weights and rowing, I walk away feeling more confident each time. There is something about pushing your muscles to the point of failure and walking away saying to yourself you did it!
Hopefully this week I can keep improving and making strides towards my goals.
